No 31 High Street

Houses of ParliamentHouses of Parliament by Monet at a new venue in Woburn Sands the No 31 Tapas Bar and Restaurant . Come and paint your own moody and evocative version of Monet’s House of Commons in a colour scheme that suits you. Make it a variation of the original, or maybe a version of contemporary London. You could even do a different city and I know that Barcelona would go down well at No 31.

You can find information on this art work, and techniques on how to paint it in the “Downloads” section on the right hand side.

As well as buying Artist Tickets at our normal discount, you can also purchase Dining Tickets at a reduced price in advance.

Artist Ticket prices start from £29.00 per person downwards depending on numbers. Dining Tickets are £13.00 each for a selection that would normally cost £17.50 or £20.00. Other refreshments can be purchased from the bar.

At the end of the evening you will take away your own personal masterpiece. The ticket price includes ALL materials and equipment, and you will be able to purchase an optional frame for £10.00 if you want.

It doesn’t matter in the least if you haven’t picked up a paint brush for years, because you will walk away with your own unique piece of artwork. Our resident artist will take you, step-by-step, through the process of turning your blank canvas into your own special masterpiece. With a glass in one hand, and a paintbrush (or a cotton bud) in the other, your skills will transfer painlessly to the canvas on your easel. So Motor Up your Inner Monet and come and join us.

We provide everything that you need…… a 40cm x 60cm canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and aprons etc. We also provide music and a great atmosphere where you can create to your heart’s content.

Monet’s Houses of Parliament – Do It Your Way

Monet painted the Houses of Parliament many times and under different weather conditions, and you will be able to paint your own version. We’re only going to guide you and show you how to do it, we’re not going to tell you what to do. If you want to do it your own way, then feel free – You can interpret our guidance in any way you like. If you want to change the colours to suit your home décor, then feel free to do so and we will provide you with the colour scheme to do it. It is great when people do their own thing, we love it when we learn a new way to do something. It doesn’t have to be the Houses of Parliament, it could be Tower Bridge if you wanted – it is the style that matters. You can even do a totally different city if you wish.

The event starts at 7.00 pm but it helps if you arrive around 6.45 pm to grab a seat, grab a drink and grab an easel. You can if you wish arrive early to eat before we start, or eat during the evening. We start at 7.00, and will definitely by finished by 10.00.

Although we provide aprons, it might be worth wearing old clothes (just in case).
